🧩 Your role

You will assist customers through different communication channels and support them with warranty and protection-related services.

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting customers via phone, email, chat, and webforms

Managing customer claims and case follow-ups

Providing information about warranties and coverage conditions

Handling complaints and escalations professionally

Updating customer files and case notes in internal systems

Delivering empathetic and solution-oriented customer support

Fluent in Dutch (written & spoken)

Good level of English

Strong communication and listening skills

Willing to relocate to Greece
