ExpatArea is currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers in the travel and aviation sector.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding flights and travel inquiries

• Provide information about bookings, changes, baggage policies, and services

• Help customers manage and update their reservations

• Handle customer requests efficiently using internal systems

• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally

Your profile:

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)

• Good level of English

• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willing to relocate to Greece

Key skills:

• Handling inbound calls

• Managing tickets in a helpdesk system

• Analyzing customer needs

• Complaint handling and after-sales support

• Data entry and customer information verification

What we offer:

• Up to €1820 gross/month

• €1500 base salary

• Up to €220 performance bonus
