🧩 Your role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will become the first point of contact for French-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding service experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Supporting inquiries related to Mercedes-Benz vehicles and connected services

• Assisting customers with Mercedes me applications and digital features

• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with authorized partners

• Supporting roadside assistance requests when required

• Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently

• Delivering a premium customer experience at every interaction

On average, you'll handle approximately 30–50 customer interactions per day.

👤 Your profile

• Fluent in French (C1 minimum)

• Good level of English (B2 minimum)

• Excellent communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working with digital tools and technology

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Willing to relocate to Greece

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
