🧩 Your role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist German-speaking N26 customers with a variety of banking-related inquiries.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Supporting users with account-related questions and banking services

• Helping customers navigate the N26 mobile app and online banking platform

• Investigating and resolving customer issues efficiently

• Accurately documenting customer interactions

• Providing professional, customer-focused solutions

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

👤 Your profile

• Fluent in German (written & spoken)

• Good level of English

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

• Interest in digital banking and financial technology

• Willing to relocate to Greece
