As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist German-speaking Netflix subscribers with a wide range of inquiries.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Assisting with account, subscription, and billing inquiries

• Helping customers resolve streaming and device-related issues

• Accurately documenting customer interactions

• Providing professional and customer-focused solutions

• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience

👤 Your profile

• Fluent in German (written & spoken)

• Good level of English

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to relocate to Greece
