You will work with business customers and support them with technical challenges.

Your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for Microsoft customers

• Supporting clients via phone, email, and chat

• Managing and documenting support tickets

• Investigating root causes and providing structured solutions

• Escalating complex cases when needed

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

👤 Your profile

• Fluent in German (written & spoken)

• Good level of English

• Previous experience in IT support or strong technical understanding is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset and structured approach

• Willing to relocate to Greece
