Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Providing information regarding shipments and deliveries

• Supporting customers with tracking requests and delivery updates

• Ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience

👤 Your profile

• Fluent in Italian (C1 minimum)

• Good level of English (B2 minimum)

• Strong communication skills
