You will be the main point of contact for Apple customers and support them throughout their product experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
Providing technical support for Apple products (iPhone, Mac, etc.)
Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Guiding customers on product usage
Ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience
👤 Your profile
Fluent in Polish (C1 minimum)
Good level of English (B2 minimum)
Strong communication skills
Interest in technology
Customer-oriented mindset
Problem-solving abilities
Willing to work in an international environment
👉 Previous experience is a plus, but not required
