You will support Facebook users and business clients by providing assistance and guidance through different communication channels.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting users via phone, email, and chat
Supporting customers with account-related questions
Handling platform and advertising inquiries
Troubleshooting basic technical issues
Ensuring a high-quality customer experience
👤 Your profile
Fluent in Polish (C1 minimum)
Good level of English (B2 minimum)
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and solve problems
Comfortable working in an international environment
👉 Previous experience is a plus, but not required
