As a Digital Personal Stylist in Barcelona, you’ll connect with clients through chat and email, offering personalized styling advice while driving engagement and sales.

What you will do in this role 

- Deliver a premium, personalized styling experience via chat and email, replicating the in-store luxury client advisor journey.  
- Provide accurate and engaging product recommendations, including sizing, fit, and styling advice.  
- Create complete looks by mixing and matching products and suggesting complementary items.  
- Drive e-commerce sales performance by achieving targets and applying upselling and cross-selling techniques.  
- Manage multiple client interactions while meeting SLA response times and maintaining high-quality communication.  
- Build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.  

Your qualifications 

- Fluent English with strong written communication skills (essential for client interactions).  
- Experience in customer service, retail, or fashion-related roles is highly valued. 
- Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury brands, with the ability to learn product details quickly.  
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.  
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.  
- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

- Salary 20.600€ gross/year + up to 2.400€ in performance bonus
