What You Will Do in This Role

As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will:
Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
Identify and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution

Are bilingual or proficient in French with an advanced level of English
Have a good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)
Feel comfortable working in a customer service environment
Have strong customer care skills, including active listening and problem-solving
Take ownership of customer requests and follow them through to resolution or escalation

In this role, you’ll benefit from:

Salary of €19,623.94 gross/year + up to €1.200 gross/year in bonus
