What you will do in this role

As an SMB Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely, professional, and accurate support.
Consulting with customers to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with leads and customers to foster engagement and drive sales opportunities.
Accurately updating and maintaining customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.
Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall team performance goals.
Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of products, pricing, promotions, and internal procedures.
Ensuring service quality meets contractual objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Delivering an exceptional customer experience through professional, courteous, and customer-focused interactions.
Supporting customer retention efforts by ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Participating in initiatives designed to enhance customer satisfaction, improve sales performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Conducting outbound follow-up activities related to marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and business development opportunities when required.
What you'll bring:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance objectives.
Experience using CRM platforms and managing customer pipelines.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Native Italian and advanced English skills (if applicable to the role).

- Have a solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
- Are achievement and goal oriented and motivated and self-starter
- Have strong communication and good computer skills
- Have pipeline management and forecasting experience
It would be a plus if you have
- Previous experience working with channel
What’s in it for you
- Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00
- Salary 20.000 euros gross/year + up to 4.500 euros gross/year in bonus private medical insurance
