We are looking for an English-speaking Scheduling Analyst to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:
- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Thursday 09:00- 18:00 –Friday 09:00 – 17:00
- Salary 20.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you’ll experience with us
As a Scheduling Analyst in our team, you will:
- Operate as a leading point of contact for all Installation cases and on top questions from Clients in AMS
- Assist with difficult requests or escalation needs
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the AMS market according to the HP Partners and Client needs and objectives
- Support servicing to end customer
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native (C2) in English - Italian &/or Spanish welcome
- Have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Possess 2 or more years working in the IT sector
- Have excellent organizational and administrative skills, logical mind & business awareness
- Have high affinity for numbers and systems
- Are motivated, flexible and reliable
- Have good interpersonal and team-working skills
- Have good presenting/training skills (for sharing standards with colleagues and team-members
- Can analyse results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action
- Possesses heavy customer focus
