What you will do in this role

• Achieve sales targets by maximizing every call and identifying new sales opportunities.

• Use scripts and probing techniques to understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products or services.

• Provide a professional and engaging customer experience, building rapport and demonstrating empathy.

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to support effective sales conversations.

• Ensure all interactions meet KPIs and contractual sales goals, including accurate documentation of customer accounts.

• Handle customer queries, including billing-related questions, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and sales performance

Your qualifications

• Are bilingual or proficient in Portuguese + advanced English

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and PC knowledge.

• Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Flexible and available to work rotating shifts as needed.
