As a Business Development Representative on our team you will:

  • Research potential leads using internal tools, online databases, and industry resources.

  • Make outbound calls and send prospecting emails to engage potential customers.

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the appropriate sales team members.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.

  • Learn to tailor messaging to different audiences and industries.

  • Support campaign execution by following up on marketing-generated leads.

  • Track and report on outreach activities and response rates.

  • Use AI-driven prospecting tools to streamline lead research and engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from prospecting to sales conversations.

  • Participate in training to build skills in prospecting, sales messaging, and industry knowledge.

  • Bilingual or proficient level of French and advanced level of English

  • A developing ability to communicate confidently with potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels.

  • Enthusiasm for learning about sales, business development, and customer acquisition.

  • Comfort with learning new technology, including CRM and AI-powered outreach tools.

  • A growing interest in how AI and data can improve lead targeting, outreach efficiency, and conversion rates.

  • Curiosity to research industries, companies, and decision-makers.

  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet outreach goals. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.

It would be a plus if you also had:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.

  • Some (1+ year) experience in customer outreach, lead generation, or sales.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

  • Experience in high-volume calling or outbound prospecting
