At Concentrix, we are looking for a Digital Partner Development Manager (DPDM) to drive partner success within a leading Microsoft program.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of partners, acting as a trusted advisor to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen pipeline execution, and ensure readiness across Microsoft solutions.
What You Will Do in this role:
Partner Strategy & Growth
Build and manage strategic relationships with assigned partners
Develop and execute partner account and territory plans
Align partner strategies with Microsoft priorities and growth initiatives
Create and drive joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans
Sales Execution & Performance
Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline development
Drive revenue across Microsoft solutions (Windows, Office, Server, IoT)
Monitor performance and implement corrective action plans
Identify risks and proactively remove blockers
Lead regular pipeline and deal reviews
Enablement & Readiness
Deliver or coordinate partner enablement programs
Support partners in licensing, compliance, and solution readiness
Ensure adoption of Microsoft tools, processes, and best practices
What You Will Deliver
Weekly revenue and forecast reporting
Pipeline and deal review insights
Monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs & QBRs)
Partner plans, GTM strategies, and enablement roadmaps
Compliance and tooling adoption reporting
What We Are Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, partner management, or channel development
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels
Experience working with Microsoft products or ecosystem (preferred)
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and planning skills
Fluent in English + fluent either in French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish
