Requirements

• 3+ years in Microsoft-centric environment
• Hands-on experience with Intune + Entra + SharePoint (practical troubleshooting, not just theory)
• Strong root-cause thinking and documentation discipline
• The ability to operate as a bridge between L1 and senior engineers
• Fluency in English 
• A passion about continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting 
• A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background 

Your mission at WorkNomads: 

As a IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer, your mission is to help build, improve, and scale the technology foundations. Ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of WorkNomads' digital workplace and infrastructure environment.

You will operate across devices, identity, collaboration platforms, networking, and cloud services, taking ownership of issues from investigation through resolution while proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems, automate processes, and reduce operational complexity.

Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will help build a scalable, secure, and efficient technology ecosystem that enables our people, customers, and operations to grow with confidence.

• Resolve technical issues across devices, identity, applications, and connectivity, focusing on root cause and long-term solutions.
• Administer and improve Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and endpoint management platforms.
• Support and troubleshoot hybrid infrastructure, including VPN, WiFi, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and Palo Alto firewall-dependent services.
• Contribute to security, compliance, access management, and endpoint protection initiatives.
• Reduce recurring issues through automation, documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Support L1 engineers and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable technology services.
• Participate in infrastructure modernization, migrations, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
• Work on high-visibility infrastructure, integration, and enablement initiatives, contributing to value delivery projects and continuous innovation across the organization
• Actively contribute to reducing ticket volume by improving systems, automation, and processes
