Due Diligence Agent

A taste of what you’ll do
As part of the Due Diligence Team within the Payments and Risk Department, the Due Diligence Agent is working in a Team whose main objective is to process verification and KYC documents for our customers.

• Evaluate, review, and approve KYC documents etc. sent in by customers (e.g., Proof of ID, Proof of Address, Bank Statements Payment Methods, 3rd Party Documents).

• With high efficiency, work through verification cases maintaining speed, quality, and consistency of work.

• Communicate with customers over e-mail regarding their verification documents.

• Escalate any suspicions and/or concerns to the AML and Fraud teams for review.

• Contribute to the team effort by meeting KPI's and SLA's

• Working closely together with the Customer Service Agents and Payments and Risk Analysts to carry out the set responsibilities.

• Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of Due Diligence Agent.

Who and what we are after?

• Previous experience in Customer Support or experience with KYC/Payments and Risk required.

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English

• High level of accuracy and attention to details

• Ability to work both in a Team and independently.

• Possess a positive and can-do attitude with a flexible approach.

• Interest in iGaming and eagerness to learn more.

• Display pride in supporting people with empathy and demonstrating commitment to providing an excellent service.

• Ability and willingness to work on shifts.

• Enjoy learning and sharing knowledge with others.

• Knowledge of additional languages – such as Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Spanish– is an advantage, but not a requirement.
