As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers by phone, email and chat, helping them with orders, deliveries, returns and general account-related questions. Your goal is to provide an outstanding customer experience while representing one of the Netherlands' most trusted online retailers.

Your responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, payments, deliveries and returns
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on every interaction
• Work closely with your team and supervisors to achieve quality targets

Requirements

✅ Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2)

✅ Good command of English (B2 or higher)

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ EU Passport or valid EU work authorization

✅ Willingness to relocate to Greece
