About the Role

We are working on behalf of an innovative, fast-growing hospitality and co-living brand that’s redefining how people stay, work, and connect across Europe.

As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting reservations and day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional guest support via phone, email, chat, and social channels

  • Managing individual reservations and handling related inquiries

  • Following structured processes and daily tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Handling guest requests and administrative tasks while ensuring data privacy compliance

  • Using systems such as PMS and CRM tools to manage bookings and interactions

  • Leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and personalisation

  • Providing clear, friendly, and helpful advice on services, products, and experiences

  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest journey

  • Supporting both customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Dutch and a good level of English

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role

  • A friendly, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset

  • Strong communication skills with great attention to detail

  • Confidence working with technology and learning new tools quickly

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
