About the Role

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, international hospitality and co-living brand that’s redefining how people stay, work, and connect across Europe.

As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting reservations and daily operations across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing exceptional guest support via phone, email, chat, and social channels

  • Managing individual reservations and handling related inquiries

  • Executing daily operational tasks following clear processes and guidelines

  • Supporting guest requests while ensuring accuracy and data privacy compliance

  • Using systems such as PMS and CRM tools to manage interactions and bookings

  • Leveraging digital tools (including AI solutions) to improve efficiency and personalisation

  • Offering clear, friendly, and helpful advice on services, products, and experiences

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless guest journey

  • Contributing to both customer satisfaction and business performance

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Italian and a good level of English

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles

  • A friendly, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset

  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail

  • A tech-savvy attitude and confidence in learning new systems

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
