As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the brand—delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for customers across Europe.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Supporting customers across phone, email, chat, and social channels

• Delivering personalised interactions through empathy, active listening, and clear communication

• Guiding customers to the best solutions, ensuring a seamless experience

• Identifying recurring issues and sharing insights to improve processes

• Contributing to key KPIs such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity

• Strengthening customer loyalty through exceptional, human-first service

What You Bring

• Native-level Dutch and a good level of English

• A passion for fashion and sustainability

• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to empathise
