Location: Valencia, Spain (Relocation Supported)

The Role: How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service and shaping customer journeys.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers via phone, email, and live chat

  • Handling queries around refunds, payment cancellations, and account issues

  • Mediating disputes between customers and online merchants

  • Troubleshooting issues and contributing to ongoing process improvements

  • Driving KPIs such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates

  • Identifying trends in customer feedback and collaborating on improvements

  • Enhancing customer journeys through process mapping and optimisation

  • Staying up to date with policies, regulations, and product updates

  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English
