The Role: How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service and shaping customer journeys.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting customers via phone, email, and live chat
Handling queries around refunds, payment cancellations, and account issues
Mediating disputes between customers and online merchants
Troubleshooting issues and contributing to ongoing process improvements
Driving KPIs such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates
Identifying trends in customer feedback and collaborating on improvements
Enhancing customer journeys through process mapping and optimisation
Staying up to date with policies, regulations, and product updates

Native-level Dutch and fluent English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
