About the Role
We are working on behalf of a fast-growing digital platform transforming how custom-made building materials are designed and ordered.
Focused on simplicity, innovation, and efficiency, the company supports contractors, businesses, and DIY enthusiasts by offering a seamless ordering experience for tailor-made products.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service from order to delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling first-line customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Checking and validating orders to ensure accuracy
Coordinating with service teams and production partners to resolve issues quickly
Managing customer tickets and keeping clients informed with proactive updates
Responding to quote requests and following up with suppliers
Coordinating incoming orders and ensuring timely production planning
Following up with customers post-delivery to gather feedback and improve service
Identifying trends and contributing to process improvements
Acting as the central point of contact across customers, suppliers, and internal teams
What You Bring
Native-level Dutch (additional languages such as German are a plus)
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Affinity with the construction, technical, or building sector
Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
A drive to improve processes and enhance customer experience
