The Role: How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer journeys and building lasting relationships with customers.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting customers via phone, email, chat, and social media

• Delivering personalised service through strong listening, empathy, and communication

• Guiding customers towards the best solutions to meet their needs

• Identifying recurring customer issues and escalating insights internally

• Collaborating with your team to continuously improve processes and customer experience

• Driving performance across key KPIs such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity

• Contributing to customer retention through exceptional service delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Native-level German and a good level of English

• Availability to work 32 hours across 4 days per week

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• A natural ability to listen, empathise, and personalise interactions

• A proactive, team-oriented approach

• Interest or background in pets, animals, or supplements is a strong advantage

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM systems
