About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the customer—ensuring every interaction is seamless, supportive, and solution-focused. You’ll combine empathy, problem-solving, and efficiency to deliver an outstanding experience across multiple touchpoints.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Supporting customers by identifying needs and delivering effective, tailored solutions
Responding across channels including chat, email, and phone
Balancing speed and efficiency with high-quality service delivery
Providing accurate and clear information using the right tools and processes
Assisting new customers with onboarding and ensuring a smooth account setup
Investigating payment disputes and resolving customer issues end-to-end
Identifying potential fraud indicators and escalating concerns when needed
Proactively sharing insights to improve internal processes and customer journeys
What You Bring
Native-level Dutch and a strong level of English
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in fintech, payments, or digital banking
Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus
Ability to balance productivity with quality and customer satisfaction
