About the Role
We are working on behalf of a fast-growing digital platform transforming how custom-made building materials are ordered across Europe.
Customers don’t just browse—they arrive with intent. They’ve created accounts, explored products, and are often just one step away from ordering.
As a Sales Activation Specialist, you own that moment. Your mission is to convert interest into action—quickly, effectively, and consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 New Account Activation
Contact new customers within minutes of sign-up
Understand their needs and projects
Guide them towards placing their first order
🔹 Warm Lead Follow-Up
Engage prospects who interacted with the website or digital channels
Use context to personalise every conversation
Drive clear next steps and conversions
🔹 Customer Retention
Re-engage customers who have dropped off
Understand barriers and address concerns
Bring them back into the active customer base
How You’ll Make an Impact
Acting fast with immediate lead follow-ups (within minutes)
Using data and signals to prioritise and personalise outreach
Driving conversions through structured and timely communication
Qualifying leads and ensuring smooth handovers where needed
Maintaining accurate CRM records and clean data
Continuously improving outreach strategy, messaging, and performance
What You Bring
Native-level Dutch (German is a plus)
A customer-first mindset combined with strong commercial drive
Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
Ability to work with urgency and handle high lead volumes
Strong sales instincts—spotting opportunities and closing effectively
Organised and data-driven approach with CRM experience
Resilience, persistence, and a results-focused attitude
