About the Role

We are working on behalf of a well-established European e-commerce business within the office supplies sector, known for its strong reputation and loyal customer base across multiple markets.

As a Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in helping customers make better purchasing decisions while driving value for the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling existing Dutch-speaking customers (warm leads only)

• Advising on printers, cartridges, toners, and office supplies

• Recommending alternative or home-brand products where relevant

• Identifying upsell opportunities such as bundles, larger quantities, and better-value options

• Processing orders accurately using internal systems

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

• Contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience

This role is about building trust, understanding needs, and delivering solutions—not aggressive selling.

• Native-level Dutch

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

• A commercial mindset and ability to spot opportunities

• Attention to detail when handling multiple orders and products

• A proactive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn
