About the Role

We are working on behalf of a well-established European e-commerce brand within the office supplies space, known for its loyal customer base and strong reputation.

As a Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships while identifying opportunities to add value through smart recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling existing Dutch-speaking customers (warm leads only)

• Advising on products such as printers, cartridges, toners, and office supplies

• Recommending alternative or home-brand products where relevant

• Identifying upsell opportunities (bundles, increased volumes, better-value options)

• Ensuring a smooth and accurate ordering process

• Collaborating closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
