About the Role

We are working on behalf of a well-established European e-commerce business within the office supplies sector, serving a large and loyal customer base across multiple markets.

As a Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships while helping customers find the best products for their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling existing Italian-speaking customers (warm leads only)

• Advising on printers, cartridges, toners, and office essentials

• Recommending home-brand or alternative products where appropriate

• Identifying upselling opportunities such as bundles, larger quantities, and better-value options

• Processing orders accurately using internal systems

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

• Contributing ideas to improve processes and sales performance

This role is all about building trust, adding value, and helping customers make smarter purchasing decisions.
