About the Role

We are working on behalf of a well-established European e-commerce business within the office supplies sector, known for its strong reputation and loyal customer base.

As a Sales Agent, you’ll be the voice of the brand—helping customers make better purchasing decisions while identifying opportunities to add value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling existing Swedish-speaking customers (warm leads only)

• Advising on printers, cartridges, toners, and office supplies

• Recommending alternative or home-brand products where relevant

• Identifying upsell opportunities (larger volumes, bundles, better-value deals)

• Ensuring orders are accurate and processed smoothly

• Working closely with your team to deliver excellent service

• Contributing ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience

This role focuses on trust, smart recommendations, and delivering real value—not aggressive selling.

What You Bring

• Native-level Swedish

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

• A commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Sales experience is a plus, but not essential—motivation and mindset are what matter most.
