About the Role
We are working on behalf of a fast-growing international organisation that partners with leading e-commerce brands across Europe.
As a Sales Location Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a key account, leading and scaling a high-performing, multilingual sales team across several markets. This is a strategic leadership role with real influence on revenue, performance, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, inspiring, and developing an international sales team (15+ FTE)
Owning and driving commercial performance across multiple European markets
Monitoring KPIs and continuously optimising team performance and processes
Scaling the operation through hiring, onboarding, and expanding into new regions
Managing senior stakeholders and identifying new revenue opportunities
Supporting the team hands-on when needed during peak periods
Building a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and growth
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—giving you the opportunity to truly shape and scale a sales operation.
What You Bring
Native-level English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational involvement
