About the Role

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing international organisation that partners with leading e-commerce brands across Europe.

As a Sales Location Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a key account, leading and scaling a high-performing, multilingual sales team across several markets. This is a strategic leadership role with real influence on revenue, performance, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, inspiring, and developing an international sales team (15+ FTE)

  • Owning and driving commercial performance across multiple European markets

  • Monitoring KPIs and continuously optimising team performance and processes

  • Scaling the operation through hiring, onboarding, and expanding into new regions

  • Managing senior stakeholders and identifying new revenue opportunities

  • Supporting the team hands-on when needed during peak periods

  • Building a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and growth

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—giving you the opportunity to truly shape and scale a sales operation.

What You Bring

  • Native-level English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles

  • Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people

  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth

  • Experience working in fast-paced, international environments

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational involvement
