About the Role

We are working on behalf of a well-established European e-commerce business within the office supplies sector, known for its strong reputation and loyal customer base.

As a Senior Sales Agent, you’ll take your sales expertise to the next level—driving performance, supporting your team, and playing a key role in maximising customer value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling existing English-speaking customers (warm leads only)

• Advising on printers, cartridges, toners, and office supplies

• Recommending alternative or home-brand products where relevant

• Identifying and maximising upsell opportunities (bundles, higher volumes, better-value options)

• Processing orders accurately and efficiently

• Supporting team performance by sharing best practices and insights

• Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

This role goes beyond sales—you’ll be a key contributor to performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Native-level English (Irish market experience is a plus)

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

• Proven sales experience with a track record of results
