You will support customers across different channels and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Handling flight bookings, changes, and travel inquiries

• Providing information about baggage policies and airline services

• Managing and updating reservations in internal systems

• Resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

👤 Your profile

• Fluent in German (written & spoken)

• Good level of English

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Willing to relocate to Greece

💰 What we offer

• Up to €1820 gross/month

  • €1500 base salary

  • Up to €220 performance bonus
