What you will do in this role  

As a Geospatial Developer on our team, you will: 

• Resolve technical support cases from customers via email, chat, and web, and VC while adhering to response SLAs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Reproduce customer problems to file effective bug reports and resolve issues.

• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to write clear, empathetic customer communications.

• Contribute to product quality by consistently filing bugs and feature requests.

• Create code samples to reproduce customer issues or demonstrate API behavior.

• Assist teammates and other teams by answering consults and demonstrating initiative.

• Be familiar with key documentation and consistently direct customers to the correct resources.

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of English

• Have a technical background in web and/or mobile development.

• Have experience with tools such as Chrome Developer tools.

• Have ability to create reproducible code samples.

• Have proficiency in writing clear customer communications and structuring troubleshooting steps.

• Have an appetite to drive change in tools and processes.

• Can be a team player and able to work independently

• Have HTML, CSS, Javascript experience (must have)

• Have iOS or Android development experience (nice to have)
