Your role

As a Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support in Dutch through different communication channels;

• Assisting customers with questions regarding products, services, and general inquiries;

• Managing requests and finding effective solutions;

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

What we are looking for

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2 level or native speaker);

• Good command of English;

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

• Customer-oriented mindset;

• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;

• Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
